EHR Implementation and Optimization 

e2o Health Service Providers provide complete EHR implementation and optimization services to physician practices, taking them all the way through to Meaningful Use attestation.

The steps we take to implement EHR in a practice are:

• An e2o project manager is assigned to your practice. He or she contacts your practice and does a practice assessment to evaluate your needs and budget for EHR and/or Practice Management software.

• A workflow redesign assessment is done with the physician and office administrator. We help correct workflow problems, before they arise in the EHR workflow.

• Two or three vendors are recommended for the physician's practice's evaluation. Vendor demonstrations are setup.

• The vendor demonstrations are done either on site or remotely with the Project Manager available to answer and address any questions during the sessions.

• Once the EHR system is selected and a contract signed with the vendor, we help the practice to purchase and setup the necessary hardware, Internet upgrade and interfaces needed for the vendor system.

• The vendor provides training before the EHR goes live; we assist with any additional training that is needed for the practice to be successful at Go Live date.

• At Go Live, the Project Manager is available to address any problems the client has. Our project managers are available almost any time to answer calls from the physicians. 

• e2o provides clear, concise and specific-to-your-practice Meaningful Use training to make you succeed with achieving Meaningful Use and receiving your incentive money.

• We help you to run your Meaningful Use reports and identify areas you need to work on in your workflow to enter the information needed for meaningful use.

• We audit and test your system to make sure everything is working as specified in your vendor contract.
